Dear Friends of the State Committee,
 
Christine Gregoire and her liberal allies in Olympia have declared war on Attorney General Rob McKenna over the last 24 hours because he has dared to challenge the unconstitutional mandates contained in the ObamaCare bill, which is sacred to the political left.

Gov. Gregoire has attacked McKenna, not on legal grounds, but because she has been seeking a presidential appointment in Washington, D.C. for more than a year now and is doing everything in her power to please the Obama Administration.

She’s even supporting legislation to ban the Attorney General from filing a lawsuit to defend the constitution (which is itself unconstitutional!).

We all need to do everything we can to support AG McKenna in the face of this liberal onslaught. You can let the grassroots in your county know that one tangible thing they can do is to send a message to the Attorney General’s Office thanking McKenna for defending the 10th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution at this link.
