The Executive Officers serve a two-year term (unless they are filling a vacated office). Officer elections occur at the Reorganization Meeting, which is usually held in December of every even-numbered year.

The County Chairman, State Committeeman, and State Committeewoman represent the county party on the State Central Committee. State meetings occur on a quartlery basis at alternating locations throughout the state. State Committee members also serve on subcommittees such as Grassroots, Rules, Technology, etc.
