In two weeks we'll have our first event, a book signing, at the Lacey Library.
 
Matt Manweller is a professor of political science at Central Washington University. He gained national attention in 2004 when he wrote an article called Election Determines the Fate of Nation. He has since written a book called The Right Opinion: A Heretic's Voice from the Ivory Tower.

Matt describes in his book what it is like to be a conservative on a college campus and the silent retribution he has endured.

Matt is a respected leader in the Washington State Republican Party. He was the chairman of the Platform Committee at the 2008 State Convention.
